This is a 4 week somatic workshop designed to help regulate your nervous system through breath work, grounding excersies, energy work and somatic excersises with intuitive guaidance to help step into your highest potential.
This workshop is lead by Lexi Ward, Somatic Therapist and Cermonial guide.
Classes will be held live on Tuesdays at 12pm PST, September 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th
